While our jewellery is meant to be worn every day, but like most things in life it needs a little TLC along the way. Here are a few tips and tricks you must consider to keep your jewellery looking its sparkly best.

Put on your jewellery at last while dressing up.
Clean your plated jewellery gently, and don’t rub it.
 When not in use, keep your jewellery in a cool dry place.
Avoid contact with moisture (perfumes, lotions & other chemicals).
Take your jewellery off before showering, exercising, swimming & sleeping.
Store separately in a ziplock or microfibre pouches to prevent oxidation of silver.
Stone jewellery needs to be worn with extra precautions as it might get scratched or broken. Also, stones could be coloured, coated, treated and enhanced- based on the origin /availability of the stone.

Sterling silver & fine silver | When worn regularly, silver usually retains its brightness. If kept on a dresser for long periods of time unworn, it can tarnish or “grey” (depending on the climate you live in). Exposure to products, salt water, or humidity can also affect this. You can easily rid your silver jewellery of tarnish with a simple polish and cloth. We recommend avoiding interactions with harsh chemicals, wearing your jewellery often to retain its natural silver brightness, and storing pieces in a jewellery box or airtight container when not being worn. Returns and Shipping

All METALM orders are shipped within 2-4 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days. If you need a piece urgently, feel free to reach out to us on Whatsapp or Email us. We will try our best to send it to you asap. The timeline may vary depending upon your pincode. All pieces are carefully checked before dispatch, if however you notice any damage or incase of damage during shipping, we will replace it for you. Kindly reach out to us using our contact number or email us directly within 24 hours of receiving the piece to report a problem. In that case, An unboxing video of the package is mandatory to be sent on Whatsapp. Please note: The replacement will be subject to additional charges based on the nature of the request.
