- Take your jewellery off before showering, exercising, swimming & sleeping.
- Store separately in a ziplock or microfibre pouches to prevent oxidation of silver.
- Put on your jewellery at last while dressing up.
- Clean your plated jewellery gently, and don’t rub it.
METALM’s jewellery is handcrafted in sterling silver. Like all treasures, it must be be handled with care. Sterling Silver is a precious metal & is much more durable compared to fine silver because of the added metal alloys. 925 silver naturally tarnishes and might start looking a little dull over time. However, proper care will help your pieces last and stay looking the best it possibly can for years to come. METALM offers re-polishing services at a minimal cost, so that your jewellery looks new as ever and can last a lifetime. Yes, you will be given the opportunity to create a personalized message at checkout. The message, enclosed in the METALM box, will arrive with your package. The package will not have any other additional form identifying you as the giver. For this reason, we encourage you to at least enter your name on the gift message. METALM invites you to express yourself with a customized gift message to accompany your purchase. Please refrain from using objectionable words, phrases and obscenities in your message.
We want our METALM jewels to feel like moments and memories that you can treasure forever. If you’re not a 100% happy with your purchase, we will do our best to exchange it for you. Please note: Customised orders can neither be exchanged nor be returned. We do not offer exchanges on purchases for hygiene reasons.
